Our Group does not waste precious time blaming other parties, or even blaming those in our own party that we do not agree with. We work together to build upon the United States Constitution which helped us become the greatest nation in the history of the world. We discuss and promote how we can use this document to improve Our County.

And we apply these principals to our local government to keep Rabun County Georgia one of the greatest places in All the World, to live.

Something to Consider about RCGOP

Rabun County is Famous (among ourselves) for being one of the most Republican leaning counties in the nation. Every elected official from School Board to Governor and all legislative seats are held by conservative Republicans. Locally, we are incredibly active with monthly meetings, an outreach team, tons of events, and we always welcome citizens to get involved with the many fun events we are always hosting.

In 2020, the 9th Congressional District Republican Party recognized our county with the Outstanding County Party Award and we are recognized by the Georgia GOP as the top county in the state for Five Star Award excellence for our classification of counties.

When creating this website, Ken reached out to a friend so he could review it and give constructive feedback for improvements. After a careful review, he wrote to Ken and said, “It looks good, but do you realize you’ve used the same word “conservative” five times? Ken responded, “Jimmy, Thanks for pointing this out to me. I will be sure to use the word “Conservative” at least twice on each page, so we can get the number up to TWELVE times. I’ll try to put it in Bold, as well. Thanks again for pointing out this mistake!”
